$119.00-DELUXE ROOM: Two double beds, an oversized bath, a sitting area, wet bar, refrigerator and screened porch or sunroom.

$129.00-EXECUTIVE STUDIO: Two double beds, bath, wet bar, refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave and sunroom.

$139.00-EXECUTIVE KING: King size bed, bath, wet bar, refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave and sunroom

$179.00-1BEDROOM SUITE: Two double beds, oversized bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room, screened porch off of bedroom and balcony off living room.

$189.00-1BEDROOM SUITE: King size bed, oversized bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room, screened porch off of bedroom and balcony off living room.

$389.00-3BEDROOM SUITE: Feature full kitchen, living room, dining room, large sundeck, Master bedroom with bath, 2 additional bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

$489.00-4BEDROOM SUITE: Feature full kitchen, living room, dining room, large sundeck, Master bedroom with bath, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

TAX EXEMPTION: For tax exemption each individual must present their own tax exemption forms prior to or upon check- in and must comply with the laws stated by the State of Georgia. (For further clarification please refer to Georgia Tax Exemption laws.)Extra person: $10.00 per person over double occupancy. Room tax is 11%, subject to change according to government regulations.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: Sea Palms requires a first night room & tax deposit or a credit card guarantee. A 72-hour notice is required to cancel reservations for full refund of deposits made. An individual that does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no-show” for that day and will be charged the full room & tax. If the individual arrives after the anticipated date of arrival, we will be pleased to re-instate their reservation, based upon availability and at the available Resort rates. If they are re-instated they still will be charged the “no-show” rate. No reservations will be accepted without a deposit. After May 10, 2008 reservations are subject to space availability. Deposits can be made by credit card, personal check, company check or cashiers check.
