The Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers returns to
the beautiful mountain resort in the scenic north Georgia
mountains. The resort stay offers the 2009 conference attendees
an unforgettable experience. You may choose to reserve a
room for the conference in the main lodge or one of the
cottages on the property. All guests should identify themselves
as a member of the organization’s group in order to
obtain the conference rate.
Upgraded room types and rates:
Resort lodge or cottage guestrooms include up to four (4) occupants at the group rate. Balcony or fireplace accommodations
are offered at an additional charge of thirty (30) dollars per room per night, based upon availability.
Tax Exemption:
For tax exemption each individual must present their own tax exemption forms prior to or upon check- in and must comply
with the laws stated by the State of Georgia. (For further clarification please refer to Georgia Tax Exemption laws.) Room
tax is 12%, subject to change according to government regulations.
To ensure that you meet the rate listed above, you must register prior to May 1, 2009.
The following room rate applies to the 2009 conference:
$139.00 per night with an additional $10.00 per
day resort fee. The resort fee covers the following
items:
• Unlimited local phone calls
• Unlimited 800 number phone access
• Daily fitness center access including steam and
sauna
• In-room coffee
• Unlimited Tennis Court time including use of
equipment
• Access to 9.2 miles of maintained
walking/hiking trails
• Complimentary self-parking
• Access to on-site fishing pond including use of
equipment (Guests over the age of 15 years of
age require fishing license which may be
purchased on line
• Wireless internet access
• Access to business center
