Registration Fees

Fee includes: two representatives, assigned booth (with table, chairs, trashcan, 3-foot side walls, and 8-foot draped back wall), light brunch and snacks, company listing in printed student program and on event app, and parking voucher for Galleria Designated Parking Areas. (Please note: Organizations will not appear on the event app until payment has been processed.)


Each additional representative is $100.


EARLY BIRD (Registration Deadline: Feb. 1)

$525 for GACE members, $625 for non-members 


NONPROFIT STANDARD REGISTRATION- Limited to 15 organizations:

$375 for GACE members, $475 for non-members


STANDARD REGISTRATION (Registration Deadline: March 18)

$575 for GACE members, $675 for non-members


LATE REGISTRATION (Registration Deadline: April 1)

$625 for GACE members, $725 for non-members

Note: If the event is not full at the conclusion of Standard Registration, we will open a Late Registration Rate. Companies who register using the Late Registration rate will appear in the Event App and Table Locator guide but not in the printed program. At this point Program Ads will no longer be available.

Employers can park in the parking lot and carry items in.  Pulling in front of the building to unload will not be permitted.

  • To avoid delay, please indicate GACE Statewide Career Fair on your shipment 
  • Costs related to the handling and shipment are your organization's responsibility
  • Employers will be responsible for the pick up of their shipments when arriving on-site. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the employer to handle all details in shipping items after the career fair.
