Cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations will be charged $25 administrative processing fee.

All badges are to be picked up at the conference venue. Attendees and speakers may pick up their badges and registration materials at the registration desk during the following hours:

The GACE 2018 Annual Conference is scheduled for May 31-June 2, 2018, at The Westin Jekyll Island, 110 Ocean Way, Jekyll Island, GA.
Rooms are available at The Westin Jekyll Island (110 Ocean Way, Jekyll Island, GA 31527). The discounted rates for GACE Conference attendees is:
$179 Island/Partial View room, per night
$219 Ocean View room, per night
The “cut off” date for reserving rooms in the room block is 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2018.
The group rate is available three days pre- and post-conference, depending on the hotel’s availability; however, GACE cannot guarantee availability of pre- or post-conference rates. Please contact The Westin Jekyll Island for more information.

The conference program will be available for download in late May 2018. Copies will also be distributed to registered attendees onsite.

Many of the sessions offered at the GACE 2018 Annual Conference qualify for CE clock hours (NBCC and HRCI). Details will be available at the information desk.
The GACE conference is set in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can be cool and the climate may vary, so it is recommended that you wear layered clothing for comfort. Evening dinner attire will be provided in the weeks leading up to the conference. Check back to the conference main page for updates.
Although attendees may bring family members to the conference location, only paid registrants wearing appropriate conference badges will be permitted to attend conference events.
