As the workplace continues to become more diverse and change continues to occur an accelerated pace, organizational leaders are faced with unique challenges due to differing mindsets, work styles, and communication styles. This fun, engaging session is tailored towards the needs of GACE members and will provide strategies for navigating ongoing challenges related to topics such as generational diversity and unconscious bias.
