Member hosted: Middle Georgia State University Aviation Career Fair

Join us on October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on the Eastman campus to meet students in our aviation science and management (concentrations in flight and aviation management), air traffic control operations, and aviation maintenance/structural technology programs. Flight programs include tracks for airplanes and helicopters. Employers can expect to meet up to 250 students in these programs who are preparing to graduate, as well as underclassmen who are beginning to plan for future opportunities. Student attendees will be staggered from 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Faculty members incorporate the opportunity into their courses and expectations for students, so you can expect to see 200 or more students at the event. With general registration, you will have one table and lunch for up to 3 attendees. 

Check-in & Set-Up: Check-in and set-up for organizations will begin 9:30 a.m. Tables and chairs will be provided for each organization. We recommend that each organization bring a table cover, recruitment materials, and other items for their displays. Due to space limitations, each organization may have 1 table only but can indicate the need for additional floor space in the registration form. If you know that another recruiting group from your company wants to attend and bring multiple people, you may consider having that recruiting group request their own table if you need to ensure that you have additional space. In addition, by requesting their own table, each recruiting group would be promoted to students, which can be beneficial if the opportunities are very different.

Registration Fee: The registration fee of $150 includes 3 representatives and covers lunch and morning refreshments; additional representatives are $20 per person. We ask that registration fees be paid at least 10 business days before the event in order to confirm your participation. If you are unable to pay prior to the event, please send us an email with that information so that we know you are still planning to attend. We are glad to work with you individually to make sure you can attend the event to meet our students.

Sponsorship option: Sponsorship registrations are available for $400 each. Career fair sponsors are included in all digital marketing for the event and sponsor the student break area.
