Room prices listed above include a $20 resort fee per night but do not include tax. 

Guest rooms are subject to 7% sales tax, 5% occupancy tax, and a $5 per room per night state fee.

Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; island shuttle service; exclusive access to Beach Club; yard games; bicycles; afternoon tea and signature cookies in the lobby from 4-6pm; two bottled waters; daily mocktails with board games 2-4pm; self-parking.

Payment By Check

Please note that the following procedures have been set forth by the Sea Palms Resort for Individuals or Institutions who need to pay by Check.

1. Guest needs to let Agent that they will be paying by check, which will be sent directly to Sea Palms Resort with the proper tax forms (if Tax Exempt) NOTE: If Check doesn't include taxes and proper tax forms are not supplied at time of booking, the credit card will be charged to cover the taxes.
2. The Check needs to be received no later then 60 days prior to the guest arrival date. Any reservations that are made within the 60 days of arrival the 1st nights deposit will be charged at time of reservation.
3. If the check is not received in time, Guest Services will notify the guest by both email & a phone call.
4. Guest has 24 hours to respond or the credit card on file will be charged the 1st nights deposit.
5. If the credit card declines the reservation will be cancelled.
