DIVERSITY & INCLUSION SYMPOSIUM SPEAKER :: Dauda Griffin

Dauda Griffin, MD is a Psychiatrist Board Certified in general Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Prior to earning his medical degree, Dr. Griffin earned a B.A. in Anthropology from The George Washington University.

He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency at Harvard Medical School's Cambridge Health Alliance and he completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. 

Dr. Griffin currently holds adjunct faculty positions at Emory University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as Morehouse School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. 

He has held leadership positions in private practice, a large health system, a medicaid/medicare insurance company, a psychiatric hospital and a private company that supplies healthcare within jails and prisons.

Dr. Griffin has been awarded this year with a "Distinguished Fellow Honor" by the American Psychiatric Association.
