Sea Palms Conference Group Rate

Group room rates for the GACE Conference range from $209 - $359 depending on room type. Room reservations are subject to all applicable taxes and resort fees.

Conference attendees are encouraged to book their hotel quickly in order to secure accommodations for this event. Listing of a specific room type and rate above does not guaranteed it's availability at the time of booking.

• When making reservations via phone, identify yourself using the Group Name: Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers.
• You may make reservations online here or call 912.638.3351. 
• All reservation requests require a credit card to secure the reservation.
• Room block is open until May 3, 2024 to make your reservation.

• Resort will require a deposit for first night room & tax on all reservation not guaranteed by the Group's master Account. 

• A 14-day cancellation notice is required to cancel individual reservations for full refund of deposits made. 

• Reservation cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will be charged liquidated damages equal to one night's room & tax or package. 

• If the guest arrives after the reservation arrival date, Resort will re-instate the reservation based on availability at the Group rate, and charge for missed nights. In the event of complete no show the guest will be responsible for all nights.
