Leading through Change: How Leaders Serve with Pride, Lead with Confidence and Inspire to Impact

Marlon Argueta, MBA/PMP and Founder of TMP - The Mindset Productions

There is absolutely no doubt that we are living some of the most challenging times in all of human history.  But, what if we take a step back and change the way we look at things.  As Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

On this presentation, Marlon shares some of the most important success principles to help leaders push through these tough times.  To illustrate these principles, he shares the story of a young man who came to our great country with nothing but a dream.  As the story goes on, Marlon reveals each success principle the young man learned while pursuing his dreams.  Principles that will help us move forward in these Covid-19 times.

This presentation will remind us that despite all the challenges we face, the USA is still a place where dreams can become a reality.  A place where we can make a difference and we can achieve anything we want if we understand that success is as predictable as the sun rising on the east and setting on the west.

    On this presentation, you’ll learn:

    • The 3 Key Principles of Success
    • How to embrace change and manage a crisis
    • How to develop a Positive Mindset in the Face of Adversity

Marlon Argueta is a success, management and leadership expert who has over 16 years of work and business experience in the areas of Management, Leadership and Personal Development. Marlon also has “hands on experience” managing billion-dollar projects in Fortune 500 Companies. He has been coached and trained by Tony Robbins and Brian Tracy.

Marlon’s message helps connect engagement, passion, and purpose to help people take action and reach their true potential.

Marlon has a degree in Electrical Engineering, a MBA in Finance and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. He is also a Brian Tracy Speaking Academy Certified Speaker.

In our multi-faceted panel, we will discuss

    • how to engage students in a virtual and remote environment, meet and connect with diverse student populations,
    • career services and employers adapting to the realities of remote students, virtual internships, shrinking opportunities in our current virtual world, and
    • finding new ways to connect and engage a GEN Z population that wants faster, easier and more accessible.
